Starlight glass sake cups and plate by Motoko Yagi ほしあかり シリーズ やぎもとこ

Ms. Motoko Yagi  (やぎもとこ)is a young talented glass work artist from Hyogo prefecture of Japan.

We have been introducing her Suigetsu series (Moon reflecting on water) at our store, and the new series called Hoshiakari (Starlight) joined our new product lineup!

As for the Suigetsu series, please visit 水月 Suigetsu series for more information.

The plate is about 16 – 17 cm in diameter.

You can, of course, use it as a plate to serve food, but it is beautiful as it is, so I would use it for pouring water and decorating it with flower or use it as a plate to burn incense etc.

The price is 4,500yen+tax.

They are Sake cups and carafe.

From different angle.

You can enjoy sake with the mystic scenery of starlight.

Sake carafe is 6,000yen+tax and the cups are 4,000yen+tax.

These vases are not a part of starlight series, but created by the same artist.

The sizes are about 21cm height for the tall one and 10.5cm for the round one.

The prices are 6,000yen+tax/each.
