When you talk about Japanese couisine, Nabe cannot be ignored. Nabe is our popular homemade couisine in winter.
We cook various vegetables and mushrooms often with meat or seafood in dashi soup. It is very easy recipe and you can make numerous combinations of soup and ingredients.
It becomes really cold in Japan in winter, so this nabe hot pot will warm you up and, moreover, people generally eat the nabe together with a family or friends and the experience of eating from one pot often creates intimate relationship.
This nabe is large enough for two to three people, possibly for four depending on what kind of hot pot you are making. The camellia design is all decorated by hand and the pot is made in Kyoto.
